MP3 File   Hawkins: “I’m excited to represent the 12th District.”   Sattgast: Hawkins was a member of the Eastmont School Board and will now be the first state representative from the 12th District to serve on the House Education Committee since the 1970s. Meeting the requirements of the state Supreme Court to fully fund education will be one of the biggest challenges of the 2013 session.
